Road (Rt 32), a facility with over 4,200 square feet, plenty of parking,
and can easily accommodate 225 people.

hall can facilitate your caterer, has a separate entrance way for easy access, large modern bathrooms and is a non-smoking facility.

Freedom
Optimist Hall is a community center. The hall is available to use as meeting space for
community groups, organizations and as a forum to discuss issues relating to
the town. In addition, the hall is also available to rent for private parties
and events.
Downstairs Main Hall, full lighting, capacity 225; if you have caterers set up and dancing, 180 is more comfortable.

Main Hall caterers kitchen consists of sink, refrigerator, large capacity ice machine, counters. No cooking is allowed in hall; all food must be brought in or catered. Alcohol is allowed to be served.
Tables and chairs are stored on racks in the foyer closets. You are responsible for set up and break down. The tables measure 8 foot by 30 inches; there are 29 tables and 250 folding chairs.
The week of your event you will be given a 5 digit entrance code for access to the Main Hall. There is a key code box on the outside right wall when facing the double doors. Inside the doors on the left wall facing the doors are instructions on how to unlock the doors for your event. Remember to remove the clip when you leave.
