Freedom Area Recreation Council offers continuing education scholarship opportunities to graduating seniors at Liberty High and Century High and/or Private School/Homeschool Seniors. Applications will be in LHS and CHS guidance offices and the Eldersburg Library, or by clicking below. The application deadline is May 5, 2025.
